Bushing tool kits ETC series

The ETC tapping and bushing tool has been developed for service purposes – both in the field and in workshops – in co-operation with the leading manufacturers of construction machinery and heavy vehicles.

The tool kits contain components of the highest quality, lowest possible weight, adapted for work directly on the vehicle, greatly shortened labour inputs with time saving of demanding service work.

By using hollow cylinders made of high-strength aluminium, the lowest possible weight can be achieved and together with the stackable C-sleeves, a tool kit has been developed that fits on a large proportion of the machines where oval-shaped pins and associated bushings are mounted.

As the work is carried out directly on the vehicle, the mechanic does not have to dismantle heavy and cumbersome parts and can thus carry out a professional bushing replacement in a safe and smooth manner. This method minimises the risk of damage to the vehicle and the machine can quickly be out in the field again with a minimum of downtime.
