Electric motor-driven hydraulic pumps PME
REHOBOT's electric motor-driven hydraulic pumps are reliable, flexible and easy to use. The pumps are well suited for applications where a stationary pumping unit is required. All PME series electric motor-driven hydraulic pumps have a two-stage function with automatic switching between high and low pressure. The changeover occurs at approximately 5 MPa. The low pressure unit is a gear pump that provides a high flow up to the switching pressure. The high pressure unit is a single or double piston pump.

Product description
REHOBOT's electric motor-driven hydraulic pumps are reliable, flexible and easy to use. The pumps are well suited for applications where a stationary pumping unit is required. All PME series electric motor-driven hydraulic pumps have a two-stage function with automatic switching between high and low pressure. The changeover occurs at 2 MPa - 6 MPa depending on the pump design. The low pressure unit is a gear pump that provides a high flow up to the switching pressure. The high pressure unit is a single or double piston pump.
PME70-2030ADV and PME70-2030MRV have a spring-loaded start/stop function of the motor, which is operated via foot pedal. For all other models, the motor is started/stopped via a switch.
The PME70-2500MRV/VR70 is controlled according to the hold-to-run principle. The pump starts when the remote control button is pressed, and stops with maintained pressure when the button is released.
Valve option
- ADV - Automatic relief valve. The oil returns to the tank automatically when the engine is switched off. For crimping, shearing, or pressing tools used in high frequency applications. Not intended for lifting applications!
- MRV - Manual relief valve. Used where you want to keep the pressure in the tool for a longer time and control the relief. Recommended for use with tools such as cable crimping or cutting tools.
- AP - Adapter plate. The pump has a connection plate with pressure and return connection.
- MLS - Lever valve for single acting tool/cylinder.
- MLD - Lever valve for double acting tool/cylinder.
- SS - Electrically operated valve for single acting tools (24 V DC). TRC230-24 remote control or external control source is required.
- SD - Electrically operated valve for double acting tools (24 V DC). TRC230-24 remote control or external control source is required.
Technical tips: To ensure complete operator safety, we recommend fitting a pressure gauge (AMT801) with pressure gauge adaptor (AAM14) to this range of electric motor driven hydraulic pumps.
