AH hydraulic screeds are designed for harsh industrial environments and are available in capacities from 5 tonnes to 20 tonnes.

The robust design means that users will benefit from them for many years to come. The advantage of hydraulic pullers, compared to mechanical ones, is many but mainly that the plunger does not rotate. This means a safe and stable pull without the risk of the workpiece “twisting off”.

The smaller sizes, 5 tonnes and 10 tonnes, are equipped with a special mechanism that always centres the arms. They adjust synchronously to the diameter of the workpiece, making handling much easier and increasing safety. In addition, all REHOBOT pullers are self-tensioning and have an extra large clamping range. The clamping depth can be easily adjusted by moving the attachment of the gripper arms.

The puller can be used with 2 or 3 gripper arms. Different lengths of gripper arms are available as accessories.

Choose a suitable pump set – all REHOBOT’s pumps are suitable but we recommend either our 2-stage hand pump type PHS70-1000/LS201 or preferably an air-driven foot-operated hydraulic pump type PP70A-1000/LS201. Both variants are delivered fully assembled with 2 m high pressure hose, swivel and REHOBOT’s quick coupling.

Hydraulic pullers are also sold without hydraulics, A50, A110 and A200, for those who already have a suitable cylinder.
