Push & pull kits 11 tonnes

11 tonne push & pull kits are available in three variants: basic kit, standard kit and a universal kit. The choice of kit is determined by the intended application. All kits include a printing cylinder with a capacity of 11 tonnes.

If the work is carried out in places where, for example, there is no access to compressed air, and full control of the cylinder movement is a requirement, we recommend a hydraulic hand pump. If compressed air is available, an air-hydraulic foot pump can be chosen. Always make sure to use a pump with a built-in pressure gauge or connect a separate pressure gauge (see accessories below) – otherwise there is a risk of both material and personal injury. In addition, some accessories are limited in terms of maximum load.

Pump with hose kit is not included in the kits and must be ordered separately. However, the box in which the kit is delivered offers space for storing a pump, regardless of which of the three recommended ones.

EB110 Basic kit

The 11 tonne push and pull kit is a basic kit that contains the bare essentials to get you started. The basic kit includes an 11 tonne capacity impression cylinder and cylinder accessories such as extension tubes, clamps and various print heads.

ES110 Standard kit

The standard kit contains all parts of the basic kit. It is also supplemented with a spreader, a pressure ball, a coupling pin and nipple and a support plate. These accessories further extend the application range of the push and pull kit.

EU110 Universal kit

The 11-tonne push-pull universal kit contains all the parts included in the standard kit plus the following parts: a pulling cylinder with a capacity of 11 tonnes and associated parts such as a drawbar, chain and bracket.
