All REHOBOT's PHS series two-stage hydraulic hand pumps are equipped with a pressure gauge as standard. This gives the operator precise and safe control over the work being done. The pressure gauge is mounted directly on the pump and is well protected by the specially designed pump lever. The two-stage function makes the pump easier to use, and ensures that the cylinder or tool reaches its working position significantly faster compared to single-stage pumps.

All REHOBOT's PHS series two-stage hydraulic hand pumps are equipped with a pressure gauge as standard. This gives the operator precise and safe control over the work being done. The pressure gauge is mounted directly on the pump and is well protected by the specially designed pump lever. The two-stage function makes the pump easier to use, and ensures that the cylinder or tool reaches its working position significantly faster compared to single-stage pumps.

  • Hydraulic return connection is standard on all pumps.
  • Robust aluminium tank with low weight and easy oil filling.
  • Relief valve provides precise control of the relief.
  • Mounting holes for fixed installations and pump lever locking system for easy transport.
  • The LS201, LS250 and LS301 pumps are complete kits with hose and fittings - ready for immediate use.

Pressure gauges

For hydraulic hand pumps in the PHS70-xxxx and PHS80-xxxx series, pressure gauge 50777, Ø60 mm display is used.
For hydraulic hand pumps in the PHS100-xxxx and PHS150-xxxx series, pressure gauge TX104, Ø60 mm display is used.
Pumps with a designation ending in W are supplied with a straight lever without a pressure gauge.
REHOBOT also offers pressure gauges with a larger display of Ø100 mm for pumps with pressures of 150 MPa and above.

  • For pumps in the PHS150-xxxxL series, use pressure gauge AMT151, Ø100 mm display.
  • For PHS240-xxxxL and PHS280-xxxxL series pumps, AMT301 pressure gauge, Ø100 mm display is used.
  • For pumps of the PHS300-xxxxL series, pressure gauge AMT401, Ø100 mm display is used.

* PHS200-1000L, PHS200-2400L, PHS240-2400L, PHS240-4100L, PHS280-2400L and PHS300-1000L are designed for ultra-high pressures. All additional components and accessories must be designed for use with ultra-high pressures e.g. equipped with conical seals. The hydraulic pressure connection on PHS200-1000L, PHS200-2400L, PHS240-2400L, PHS240-4100L, PHS280-2400L and PHS300-1000L is a 9/16″- 18 UNF threaded port with 60° internal taper. The return connection has a G1/4″ internal thread.

Note: The hydraulic pressure and return connections on all other PHS pumps are two G1/4″ threaded connections.

Technical tips: When accessories are selected for a hydraulic system, their pressure range should be equal to or higher than the maximum working pressure of the pump unit. For hoses, we recommend sizing with a 3-4 times safety margin between the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system and the burst pressure of the hose. It is also important to ensure that the effective oil volume of the pump exceeds the total oil volume in the hydraulic system, preferably with a safety margin of approximately 20%.
