The modular design of today’s car models places new demands on workshop equipment. Car parts, such as engine packages and rear axles, have to be dismantled and reassembled from below. With the HTJ1200 lifting system, this heavy lifting can be done in an efficient and controlled manner.

Lifts up to 545kg

The HTJ1200 lifting system is capable of dismantling and assembling complete engine packages, rear axles, gearboxes, petrol tanks, exhaust systems and much more. With the system’s lifting capacity of almost 550 kilograms, there’s enough power for every possible task.

It saves time and money

With the HTJ1200 lifting system, disassembly and assembly can be performed by just one mechanic. In addition, subsequent repair work can be carried out directly on the work platform. The system thus reduces the total labour time for the repair work.

Pneumatic and hydraulic lifting

The lift is both pneumatic and hydraulic. Pneumatics allows the load to be raised and lowered quickly, while hydraulics gives the mechanic increased control and precision.REHOBOT’s universal handling system HTJ1200 is patented. It meets both today’s and tomorrow’s demands for performance and flexibility.
