Product description

We recommend always dimensioning with a 3-4 times safety margin between the maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system and the burst pressure of the hose.

Materials and performance

  • LSxx1ES series hoses are made of polyamide (PA)/polyurethane (PUR) and are reinforced with several layers of wound steel cord.
  • LSSx03EB series hoses are made of polyoxymethylene (POM)/polyamide (PA) and reinforced with four and six steel cord layers respectively.
  • LSx04ER series hoses are made of polyoxymethylene (POM)/polyamide (PA) and reinforced with four and six steel cord layers respectively.

The temperature range for continuous use is -40°C to +100°C

Sealing principle and construction

  • LSx01ES series hoses have fixed male G1/4″ threaded connections at each end which are sealed with double packed seals.
  • LSSx03EB series hoses have a swivelling G1/4″ male threaded connection at one end and a fixed G1/4″ male threaded connection at the other. Both are sealed with bipacked seals.
  • LSx04EB series hoses have fixed “nut” connections in each with 9/16″ UNF female threads and are sealed with cone type seals.

(*) 9/16″ UNF female thread with 60° external sealing cone.(**) M16x1.5 male thread with 60° external sealing cone.
